Monitors the progress of all projects and deliverables. Owns and is accountable for scope, effort, budget, and delivery. Contributes to annual planning of PMO and then executes it meticulously. Escalation point for all matters related to all programs undertaken and team management. Evaluate process efficiency with a view to maximize value provided to the business units. Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with customer / business units.Experience Total 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management services Total 8+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure project management. Experience in handling IT infrastructure projects. Experience in handling cybersecurity projects. Experience in handling cloud infrastructure projects. Experience in managing diverse and multiple teams. Experienced in performing release readiness, go live and movement of assets in CMDB. Hands-on experience with ITSM tools and processes. Experience in working in infra projects with BFSI customers. Experience in managing team for direct and matrix hierarchy. Experience in resource planning and balanced resource utilization across different projects. Experience of global delivery with offshore/ onsite model.Mandatory Skills Managed small, medium, and large projects independently. Client management, transition, transformation, and migration of projects. Understanding of contracts and bid management through to development of SOW s. Conflict resolution, Handling IT infrastructure projects, cybersecurity projects, and cloud infrastructure projects.
