- Partnerships: Building and strengthening high-level alliances with investors, DFIs, governments, corporates, and multilaterals
- Fundraising: Driving multi-year resource mobilization to sustain and expand the Orange Movement
- Advocacy: Positioning the Orange Movement as the global standard for gender-lens and climate-integrated finance
- Governance & Convenings: Strengthening governance structures and leading flagship global convenings such as the Orange Forum
- Develop and execute a global strategy to expand the Orange Investor Alliance and Partner Coalition
- Engage and onboard institutional investors, DFIs, corporates, and philanthropies into the Orange Movement
- Cultivate relationships with policymakers, regulators, and global institutions to embed Orange standards in financial markets
- Lead fundraising efforts to secure multi-year funding beyond the current DFAT grant
- Develop proposals, manage donor relationships, and mobilize both grants and catalytic capital
- Target at least US$2M+ annually in new funding to sustain and grow the Orange Movement
- Promote the Orange Seal as the benchmark for gender-lens and climate integrity in capital markets
- Partner with issuers, rating agencies, and regulators to integrate Orange Seal into global financial frameworks
- Expand global training and certification for Orange Bond verifiers
- Act as secretariat for the Steering Committee, Advisory Council, and Working Groups
- Ensure transparent, inclusive, and accountable governance processes
- Onboard new members aligned with DEI and movement principles
- Lead the annual Orange Forum, the flagship convening on gender-lens capital markets
- Curate advocacy campaigns and position the Orange Movement in global dialogues
- Drive storytelling, publications, and thought leadership to amplify the Movement's influence
- Education: Bachelor's required; MBA or Master's in Business, Finance, or International Development preferred
- Experience: 15+ years in strategic partnerships, fundraising, or senior leadership roles in finance, philanthropy, or development
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of gender equality, climate action, and impact finance
- Networks: Proven track record of engaging DFIs, investors, corporates, multilaterals, and donors
- Skills: Exceptional relationship-building, fundraising, and high-level negotiation skills
- Mindset: Visionary, strategic, and entrepreneurial with ability to mobilize systems-level change
- Location: Singapore-based, with global travel expected
- Lead a global initiative reshaping capital markets for gender and climate
