Responsibilities:
  • Review of book hygiene and ensuring group SOP compliance
  • Review of Finance Deck Monthly MIS
  • Review of accounts closing along with auditor co-ordination activities
  • Review of financial data for submissions to various stakeholders like Data submissions to Debt Capital market transaction and rating agencies
  • Due diligence for proposed acquisitions and Support activities in acquisitions and mergers
  • Co-ordinate with various team for Migration of data in the acquisitions including SAP transition.
  • Verification of monthly regulatory invoices, co-ordination with regulatory teamReview of regulatory orders and providing status with respect to orders to management
  • Review of monthly receivable with respect to PPA
  • Providing Information to BD regulatory Team required for filling the petition /Regulatory requirements and arrange statutory auditor certificates
  • Verification of regulatory MIS
  • Review of NFAs for accounts, compilation of accounts budget, review of invoice processing.
  • Co-ordination and review of Data submission and co-ordination for State incentives
  • Co-ordination and review of IFC Framework and ensure IFC compliance with close co-ordination with GCC and site team.
Qualifications:
  • CA Qualified
  • 6-8 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Associate manager /Manager can apply for this position.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, Companies act, LODR along with understanding of power regulatory requirements is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP- ERP
