About The Role We're looking for someone with excellent team handling skills along with a good ground knowledge. An Assistant Manager will be held responsible for the team's growth in terms of Customer acquisition/retention/reactivation and will be working closely with the Marketing team in identifying the hotspots for doing BTL activities and also suggesting them with the better BTL activity based on the market. Expecting to have at least 3-5 years of experience in team handling/data handling & analyzing and also the ability to work on the ground mostly. The most successful candidate will be a quick learner who has a good ground knowledge with a strategic mindset & analyzing skill. Responsibilities Own Business Development in terms of Customer growth & Retention Market mapping on Demand side Generate reports and statistical analysis for potential business opportunities Coordinating with cross-functional verticals (Supply, Branding, and Marketing) for strategic decision-making and helping them with qualitative as well quantitative inputs Gather market and competitive intelligence from various sources and create actionable insights To drive pilot projects and new Initiatives Responsible for the team growth Analyze and devise plans for the betterment of Customers Wallet Share growth Maintain regular contact with Customer community and share feedback from time to time Measure & analyze the success of every campaign Expectations From You Comfortable in English and Regional language Ability to train, coach, and support the team members Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills Should have hands-on in making reports Collaborative spirit High Ownership and Responsiveness at all times High level of empathy toward peers, external stakeholders and Customers Should be able to analyze the market trend Excellent time-management and organizational skills Should quickly adapt to the process
