Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the automobile sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and meeting monthly targets by promoting and selling new or pre-owned vehicles.Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers and determine their needs and preferences in vehicles.- Explain vehicle features, performance, pricing, and financing options.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new models, market trends, and competitor activity.- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.- Conduct test drives and follow up with potential customers.- Maintain and update CRM systems and customer databases.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business.- Coordinate with the after-sales/service department to ensure customer satisfaction.- Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and dealership events.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (preferably in the automobile industry).- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong customer orientation and ability to understand customer needs.- Target-driven and result-oriented.- Basic knowledge of financing and loan procedures.- Valid driving license.- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of automobile technical specifications and features.- Experience in handling both B2C and B2B vehicle sales.- Multilingual abilities are a plus.- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.Salary & Benefits:- Competitive base salary + attractive commission structure.- Incentives and performance bonuses.- Vehicle loan assistance (if applicable).- Health and wellness benefits.- Training and career advancement opportunities.
