- Conduct & supervise transformer tests as per IS/IEC standards.
- Ensure NABL compliance, equipment calibration & accurate reporting.
- Guide junior engineers & coordinate with clients/inspection agencies.
- Drive improvements in testing methods & lab efficiency.
- Analyze test results, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain testing records, calibration logs, and traceability documentation.
- Strong knowledge of IS/IEC transformer testing standards and ISO/IEC.
- 17025 quality system requirements.
