- Assemble and mix complex live broadcasts and record pre-produced elements working with producers and directors in a high-pressure environment.
- Responsible for the technical development, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the Broadcast Engineering related services and provides day to day support to the Engineering touch points.
- Communicating effectively with members of the team and other colleagues
- Keeping up to date with the industry and changes in technology by building and maintaining a network of contacts and investigating new systems and techniques.

- Minimum qualification required is 7-8 years University Degree qualification in Communication/Media/Electronics/IT Engineering
- Studio/ENG and PTZ Cameras multi-cam setups and automation system.
- Digital- LAWO/Yamaha Sound consoles and Commentary setups
- Dante audio system over IP network
- RTS intercom and telos or similar telephone hybrid system
- Tallyman
- Video Routers – Grass valley NVISION 576x1152
- PCR/MCR Multi-viewer screen designs.
- Multi Format Audio video converters – Audio Mux-De mux and Dolby E & D configurations. Grass valley/AJA products
- Shotoku camera control system with Smart PED and Rail Camera
- Knowledge of Remote work from home system
- Vsat and IP encoder decoder – Ericson
- TCP/IP and Networking
- Windows OS, Installation / configuration, and Troubleshooting.
- Servers/Workstation/Desktop troubleshooting
