We are looking for an Account Director who shares our passion for shaping culture by combining talent, tech and data and building strong partnerships with some of the most progressive brands and platforms globally.An Account Director will be responsible to lead and manage our client relationships, drive growth, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work.A day in the life of an Account DirectorUnderstand Supari's revenue and profitability model and ensure work is completed within given budgets, timelines and at the highest qualityOwn the revenue and forecast for the allotted brands. Determine and negotiate budget needs; provide input to fee development. Be responsible for new business opportunities and driving growth on assigned brands to convert them to mega brandsResponsible for establishing and maintaining a cohesive and successful partnership between brands and relevant teams/departments that are involved with the clientOversees and manages multiple projects, develops account management strategies and provides strategic recommendations to ensure overall account successTo spot opportunities through your own network and supporting the new business team on pitches and presentations, as and when requiredHave a comprehensive understanding of client's business and have a thorough understanding of industry business trends. Be alert to changes in clients' marketplace. Have in-depth knowledge of what's going on in the marketplace to offer solutions to clientsVariablizing (building an external team) for projects as and when requiredOversees team members and ensures successful delivery of workOwn the brand. Own and communicate regularly with the client and the extended internal/external team, be sought as strategic leader by the team.Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvementWhat does success look likeBusiness KPIsValue Creation for our clients:Development and execution of successful forwarding thinking strategies to grow & provide value to our clients businessCustomer Experience scoreOverall client NPS to be 4/5Value Creation for Kulfi: Retention, Growth and new acquisition of Mega accounts:Responsible for managing and tracking the Profit & Loss of the brands associated with the Account Director. (Expected growth by 50-60% and Expected margin 40-45% to be maintained on strategic mega accounts)Growth in the billing no. of existing mega accounts annually (accounts that have grown to $2m in revenues or more)Conversion percentage of the number of briefs received annuallyNo of new accounts won and acquired annuallySuccessful project completion rate within established timelines and budgetsTracking a cultural relevance score of 3.5/5 on all projectsPeople Management KPIs​​Team performance: Creating a high performance team (Almost Always Exceeds Expectations) in order to measure the performance of the direct reporteesCoaching and mentoring sessions which result in higher efficiency in the role and increased levels of output at workProfessional Development KPIsIndustry recognition and thought leadershipQualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase7+ years of experience in client servicing and account management.Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and brands, and delivering exceptional results.Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutionsStrong workflow management and project management skills, with experience managing complex projects and teamsExcellent team building and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate othersStrong negotiation skills, with the ability to balance client needs with agency profitabilityExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise mannerMore about Supari Studios and its parent company Kulfi Collective
