Job Description:We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Product Owner - Business Systems to act as a bridge between Finance teams and the NetSuite platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong techno-functional expertise in NetSuite Financial modules, lead integrations, manage a small team, and drive finance system optimization. This role involves requirement gathering, solution design, scripting, and project delivery while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting global operations.Key Responsibilities⢠Act as primary liaison between Finance team and NetSuite system stakeholders⢠Lead business requirement workshops and conduct gap analysis⢠Translate finance and business requirements into functional and technical specifications⢠Drive automation and optimization of finance processes within NetSuite⢠Manage NetSuite implementation, configuration, and ongoing support activities⢠Design and develop integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise systems⢠Develop, test, deploy, and maintain SuiteScript customizations⢠Troubleshoot complex production issues related to scripts, workflows, and integrations⢠Customize NetSuite using SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, saved searches, and reports⢠Support integration with tools such as Salesforce, Concur, Adaptive Planning, and related platforms⢠Manage Jira-based project lifecycle including epics, stories, tasks, and sprint tracking⢠Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and ensure timely delivery⢠Lead and mentor a small team of NetSuite consultants and developers⢠Assign tasks, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to best practices⢠Collaborate with global teams and support deployment activities⢠Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project governance activitiesKey Skills & Qualifications⢠8-10+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation, administration, and configuration⢠Strong techno-functional experience in NetSuite Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition)⢠Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes⢠Expert-level SuiteScript (1.0/2.x) development experience⢠Strong experience with SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, workflows, and saved searches⢠Experience with NetSuite integrations using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and APIs⢠Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Celigo or Boomi⢠Strong understanding of finance process automation within NetSuite⢠Experience managing Jira-based Agile project delivery⢠Strong troubleshooting and debugging experience in NetSuite customizations⢠Experience working with Salesforce, Concur, Adaptive Planning, or similar tools⢠Knowledge of Agile/Scrum project methodologies⢠Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders⢠Experience in SFDC billing or CPQ implementations (preferred)⢠NetSuite certifications such as NetSuite ERP Consultant or SuiteCloud Developer (preferred)⢠Experience working in global delivery environments⢠Willingness to work in night shifts for global support if required⢠Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field⢠NetSuite certifications preferred⢠Strong verbal and written communication skills⢠Experience working with finance leadership and business stakeholdersApply by sending your CV to
