\nWhat you'll do

What you'll need

Experience between 3-7 years
Design, develop, and maintain system integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web-based technologies (HTTP, AJAX, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Strong coding skills in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++)
Utilize JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS,

, jQuery, Apache Jelly, or React to build dynamic and responsive user understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design with version control systems (e.g., Git). * Experience with the development and implementation of Service Portal, CSM and ITSM modules

Customize and configure the CSM module including Case Management, Advanced Work Assignment (AWA), Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace, Knowledge Management, and

in Customer Account Management, Contract ModuleExposure on ServiceNow capabilities such as Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Orchestration, and applications like SecOps and Asset solutions adhere to ITIL best practices and internal governance * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow
