• New model assembly feasibility study on design cad data and confirmation to design team.
• Coordination with design team and production team for assembly trials and should take lead on issues resolution
• MOST calculation of process
• Change management coordination
• Assembly jigs/fixture design and development activities. Design-->RFQ-->PO-->Manufacturing.

• UG NX / Plant simulation / Process Simulate
• MOST / 4- wheeler vehicle assembly knowledge
• Auto -CAD , MS Office
