We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through direct field engagement. The role involves identifying potential clients, presenting products/services, and building strong customer relationships while ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals
  • Visit prospective and existing clients to present products/services
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager
  • Ensure product visibility and availability in the assigned territory
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales/Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Age limit: 25–40 years
  • Open to male candidates (as per current requirement)
