This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm.Your key responsibilities

Designing learning solutions based on client requirements
Taking consultative approach to offer solutions
Experience in developing various types of learning interventions to suit the learner and business needs
Measuring effectiveness of learning solutions
Design solutions that are engaging and effective
Creating proposals, design documents and development guidelines
Mentoring the content team, developing and providing training to the team

Skills and attributes for successThe role requires someone who can manage several concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.Administration and organization

Interpersonal skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Comfortable working on a number of activities concurrently
Able to work in a rapidly changing environment and prioritize accordingly

To qualify for the role, you must have

Completed Graduation in any domain
8 to 12 years' experience into Instructional Designing
Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
Experience in authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and any LMS and LCMS will be beneficial
Expert technical knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
Well-versed with the latest trends and technologies in Learning and design innovative learning solutions

Ideally, you'll also have

Exceptional communication skills
Ability to lead and work in a team arrangement Previous experience in designing for game and simulation-based learning solutions
Strong experience in creating learning intervention around various adult learning principles
Knowledge on course development life cycle
Knowledge on US CPE standards is desirable
