Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Architects, System Engineering, and Quality teams, to meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments. Additionally, you’ll mentor and guide a team of Software Designers, ensuring alignment with best practices and applicable standards.You’ll specifically take care of designing and specifying software architecture, but also leading the development of high-quality software solutions.We’ll look to you for:Specifying and designing software architecture in alignment with project requirementsTechnically leading a team of Software DesignersInterfacing with System, Project, Product, and Quality teams to ensure QCD commitmentsDriving the adoption of DevOps practices and cloud technologiesEnsuring software development adheres to applicable standards and best practicesCollaborating with geographically distributed teams to deliver high-quality solutionsAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
