This role is vital in delivering high-quality education and development programs that empower our employees and stakeholders to achieve their full potential.As a Training Instructor, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to various learning styles and organizational needs. You will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance, continually updating course materials to reflect current industry best practices and company standards.Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive training programs and materials that address specific skills and knowledge gaps.
Deliver interactive and effective training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques and media.
Assess trainee progress through evaluations and feedback mechanisms, adjusting instructional methods accordingly.
Collaborate with department leaders to align training objectives with organizational goals.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant performance for reporting purposes.
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the training curriculum and delivery methodologies.
Foster an inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and supports diverse learning needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in training, instructing, or teaching within a professional setting.
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
Ability to design instructional materials and use educational technology effectively.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple training projects.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new instructional techniques and tools.
