Job descriptionThe Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing dispatch coordination and ensuring smooth handover of shipments for Q-commerce and Retail channels. The role focuses on last-mile logistics execution, transporter coordination, and maintaining dispatch accuracy within a food industry setup.The Logistics Coordinator will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely picking, packing, and staging of orders for dispatch. They will also be responsible for handling end-to-end handover of shipments to logistics partners, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining accurate records of dispatched shipments.Additionally, the Logistics Coordinator will work closely with transporters and delivery partners to ensure timely deliveries, track shipments, and proactively resolve delivery issues. They will also be responsible for updating dispatch status in WMS/ERP systems, maintaining dispatch logs and reports, and ensuring accuracy in scanning and shipment closure.The Logistics Coordinator will be a key member of the warehouse team, working closely with planning, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with a good understanding of last-mile logistics and dispatch processes.
