- Tech Stack Mastery: Drive the integration and management of tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Sales loft, Google Analytics, Demand base, Zoom Webinar, and Zoom Info, focusing on streamlined operations and high data quality.
- CRM and Workflow Innovation: Develop and optimize CRM workflows in HubSpot, enhancing efficiency and customer engagement.
- Data-Driven Marketing Strategy: Maintain impeccable data quality and keep our contact lists meticulously up-to-date, ensuring the backbone of our marketing efforts is always accurate and reliable. Harness performance marketing channels and intent data for targeted, effective B2B strategies and lead generation.
- Analytical Campaign Management: Oversee marketing initiatives, analyzing performance metrics to optimize ROI and inform decision-making.
- Collaborative Revenue Growth: Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing with the company's Go-To-Market strategy, and accurately forecast revenue goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, with a proven track record in building and optimizing marketing technology stacks.
- Essential experience with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM workflows. Familiarity with Demand base or 6Sense would be an asset.
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing and demand generation channels.
- Strong experience in a B2B environment for a global company(Europe & USA).
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data to drive decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with an ability to work collaboratively across teams.
