- Coordinate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with manufacturing capabilities.
- Analyse market trends and customer preferences to guide the design process.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for approval.
- Maintain high-quality standards across all design outputs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create cohesive branding and product alignment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers in the team.
- Monitor and manage design project timelines and budgets effectively.
- A degree in jewellery design, fine arts, or a related field.
- Atleast 10 yrs of experience
- Experience working with leading international jewellery brands
- Extensive experience in jewellery design, particularly in the retail jewellery industry.
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and other design tools.
- An understanding of materials, gemstones, and manufacturing processes.
- A creative mindset with the ability to align designs with market demands.
- Proven leadership skills to manage and inspire a team effectively.
