FIELD OFFICER FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES - RAIGARH , CHHATTISGARH

• Loan Sourcing & Processing: Identifying potential clients, collecting KYC documentation, and conducting client point verification (CPV).
• Field Visits & Assessment: Conducting on-site visits to assess the financial health, creditworthiness, and repayment capacity of clients.
• Collection & Recovery: Monitoring repayment schedules, ensuring timely collections, and acting to recover delinquent loans or arrears.
• Customer Relationship Management: Educating clients on products, addressing queries, and building long-term relationships, particularly in rural or community-based settings.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of client data and daily field activities to report to the Branch Manager.

• Education: Typically a bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or agriculture.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, microfinance, or field-related financial roles is highly valued.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to evaluate financial situations and analyze risk.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust in the community.
• Logistics: Willingness to work extensively in the field, often requiring a valid driving license.

• Number of new clients acquired.
• Loan repayment accuracy.
