- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, key stakeholders, and influencers within targeted institutions, schools, and corporate entities. This includes engaging with principals, school administrators, HR managers, and corporate event organizers.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals outlining the benefits and objectives of dental camps organized by Yash Dental. Customize proposals according to the specific needs and requirements of each potential partner.
- Networking: Attend relevant networking events, seminars, and conferences to expand professional networks and generate leads for potential partnerships. Utilize existing contacts and actively seek out new contacts within the target market.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to support business development efforts. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of dental camps.
- Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of contacts, including details of educational institutions, schools, and corporate organizations, along with pertinent contact information and communication history.
- Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate terms and agreements with prospective partners, aiming to secure approvals for dental camps. Work towards achieving mutually beneficial arrangements that align with the goals of both parties.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on business development activities, progress towards targets, and key insights gathered from the market. Use data to inform decision-making and refine strategies as necessary.
- Previous experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Proven track record of successfully establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and negotiate terms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in managing databases and tracking leads.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of the local market in Adyar, Chennai, and surrounding areas is highly desirable.
