This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Trainer at Dataisgood. The Senior Sales Trainer will be responsible for conducting sales trainings, developing training programs, and providing ongoing support for sales teams. The role involves delivering effective presentations, enhancing communication skills, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Senior Sales Trainer will play a crucial role in the training and development of the sales team Job Responsibilities: Schedule orientations and related training events for individuals and teams Observe sales encounters and determine the training needs for individuals and/or sales teams. Develop sales performance policies and methods for evaluating performance in a far fashion. Improve training techniques when needed to meet the unique demands of certain accounts and/or the corporate sales market at large. Meet financial objectives for various training sessions. Recommend budget for training events and monitor costs during the program. Stay updated with current market trends and the changing demands of the corporate sales environment. Qualifications: Presentation Skills and Effective Communication Experience in Sales Trainings and Training & Development Strong customer service orientation Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Experience in the tech industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 7+ years experience in Sales.
