Take ownership from design to implementation in project mode.
Troubleshoot application and interface-related issues; ensure seamless backend integration.

Requirements

6-7 years of experience in the BFSI domain, preferably life insurance.
3-4 years in business analysis with a software development background.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
Hands-on experience in automation, APIs, microservices architecture, and integration projects.
Excellent communication, articulation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with stakeholder management, governance, and team leadership.
