- Lead end-to-end development of ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Design and customise ServiceNow Service Portals, ensuring comprehensive coverage of platform features.
- Implement and manage complex third-party integrations using web services and plugins.
- Maintain and optimise CMDB and Asset Management processes.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business logic and developed code.
- Ensure quality assurance by adhering to best practices, standards, and security protocols.
- Create and maintain documentation for development and compliance purposes.
- Provide training and share knowledge on ATF scripting and testing methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow developments and recommend improvements.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and Service Portal
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Proficiency in client and server-side scripting, including JavaScript
- amiliarity with different SCDL workflows
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Experience in team leadership
- ServiceNow CSA certification
- Micro certification in Service Portal
