Responsibilities: * Ensure all the incoming CAPEX items to be unloaded as per stores layout

Ensure all daily issued items must be updated in SAP to keep control all the time
Ensure all incoming materials quantity verification & inspections
Proper stacking of materials
Daily stock report ( Dashboard report) submission to STORE CLUSTER HEAD
Identification of materials & traceability
Ensure correct measurement and calculation of bulk materials if any in usages.
Timely GRN and Issue posting and to achieve the SLA
Complete governance of company's laid down SOP
Timely submission of DAR for scrap after site committee approval.
Maintaining all type of documents like GRN/Issue/Dispatches etc.
Timely deliver the supplier's /import bills to ABEX team
Monitoring of minimum stock level of consumable items
Ensure PV to be completed latest by 10th every month
Ensure consumption booking in SAP as per certified FIM on every month.
Ensure perpetual stock verification and keep record of PSV
Identify the hazardous materials and keep the records of its disposal
Knowledge of ISO procedure applicable to stores management.
Implementation of RIFID for materials traceability
Reconciliation of FIM of vendor
Control over NRGP/RGP materials issues
Basic knowledge of GST

Qualifications:Qualification : B.E/MBA/PGDBM/M.COMExperience : 20 years and above.
