Team: Network Price Manager (NPM) – Core ServicesRole Summary:We are seeking a talented and execution-focused Software Engineer (Node.js) to join our dynamic Network Price Manager (NPM) team. This role is ideal for backend developers who are passionate about writing clean, scalable, production-ready code and can take ownership of execution with minimal supervision.You'll be building backend services that power logistics finance modules, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless development and deployment of backend features.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Node.js for logistics finance modules.Translate product requirements and technical designs into efficient, scalable backend logic.Build and maintain RESTful APIs, asynchronous workflows, and microservice-based components.Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and other team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Debug, test, and optimize code for performance and scalability.Contribute to code reviews and maintain a high standard of code quality and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:2–5 years of hands-on backend development experience using Node.js.Solid experience building and consuming REST APIs.Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, error handling, and microservice architecture.Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Experience working in Agile environments using tools like JIRA.Nice to Have:Domain experience in logistics, supply chain, or finance-related applications.Knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.Familiarity with Redis and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).About Company :About ShimentoX Technologies
