Responsible for all aspects of collateral control.
Ensure satisfactory collateral reporting from tri-party agent banks
Ensure accurate pricing of collateral

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Educational QualificationThis role is ideally suited to someone who can demonstrate:

A good understanding of Securities Lending and the International Securities markets
An understanding of market collateral procedures
Understanding of the workings of the Tri-party banks
Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
Good negotiation / communication skills
Knowledge of Equilend, Pirum, Aladdin, Spire would be a favourable skill

Magnitude of Impact:

Strong analytical thinking and a critical evaluator of information/issues
End to end ownership of the processes and issue resolution

Knowledge & Skills (Additional) :Experience:Individual should have experience of the following:

Minimum of 6-10 years of working experience in Security Lending in collateral management /Investments operations Teams
Supports the delivery lead and has working knowledge of processes, products, tools and regulations
Strong communication skills both written and verbally, dealing with internal and external stakeholders and vendors
To be able to work both in a team and manage time and deadlines effectively

Educational Qualification:

Degree level in Finance/ Mathematics/ Economics
Relevant IOC or Investment Management qualification / Certification would be desirable
