Senior Manager

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of hydromechanical works including penstocks, gates, valves, and hoisting systems
• Ensure timely completion of hydromechanical components in alignment with overall project schedules and milestones

• Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for hydromechanical systems
• Coordinate with design consultants and EPC contractors to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility.

• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of hydromechanical equipment at project sites
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during execution.

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians involved in hydromechanical works
• Allocate resources effectively and resolve technical or operational challenges on-site.

• Liaise with internal departments, external consultants and contractors to ensure smooth coordination and approvals
• Represent the hydromechanical discipline in project review meetings.

• Identify potential risks in hydromechanical design and execution and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as IS, IEC, ASME, and environmental norms.

• Prepare and manage budgets for hydromechanical components and activities
• Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress, technical issues, and resolutions
• Generate regular reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
