Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter Job Summary As a Senior HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to identify their recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent. The role also involves mentoring and supervising junior recruiters and playing a key role in employer branding initiatives. Key Responsibilities Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent. Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a seamless recruitment process, including background checks, reference checks, and onboarding. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and assist in their professional development. Develop and maintain a talent pool of passive candidates for future recruitment needs. Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including social media, job fairs, and other events. Provide regular updates to hiring managers and department heads on the status of their recruitment efforts and provide guidance on best practices for hiring and retention. Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. Knowledge of Zoho recruitment will be an added advantage. Requirements Minimum bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent in a competitive job market. Ability to mentor and supervise junior recruiters. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
