JobType: full-timeRequirements:We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer Leader to drive our DevOps, Security, Infrastructure, and Platform Engineering initiatives. This is a senior leadership role for a seasoned professional who can build and lead high-performing platform teams while architecting scalable, secure, and robust infrastructure solutions.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of platform engineers, DevOps engineers, and infrastructure specialists
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Drive CI/CD strategy, automation, and deployment pipelines across the organization
- Establish and enforce security best practices, compliance standards, and governance frameworks
- Architect containerized solutions using Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration technologies
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, and other tools
- Drive platform reliability, monitoring, observability, and incident response strategies
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and deployment processes
- Mentor team members and establish technical excellence standards
- 7-15 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles
- Strong leadership experience managing technical teams (3+ years preferred)
- Expert-level knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Proficiency in containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar
- Strong automation skills using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Deep understanding of security best practices, compliance frameworks, and governance
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Puppet
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, DataDog
- Experience with service mesh, API gateways, and distributed systems architecture
- Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments
- Knowledge of networking, load balancing, and CDN technologies
- Background in site reliability engineering (SRE) practices
- Experience with database administration and data platform technologies
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
