ENGINEER CIVIL AUTOCAD FOR REAL ESTATE PROJECT - DELHI

• Technical Drawing & Modeling: Create, edit, and update 2D drafting and 3D models of civil structures, including site layouts, structural, and electrical, or plumbing (MEP) schematics.
• Design & Calculation: Translate conceptual designs from engineers into working drawings, including structural, grading, and utility plans.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and company CAD standards.
• Collaboration & Revision: Work with project teams to review blueprints, incorporate feedback, and modify drawings.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, organized files and document revisions, including material estimates (BOQs).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read/interpret structural/architectural blueprints and understanding of civil engineering principles.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
