This role is ideal for a technically strong early-career professional who is passionate about applied AI, enjoys problem-solving, and wants exposure to real world enterprise use cases across industries.Key Responsibilities
As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Design, develop, and maintain machine learning and AI models under guidance from senior team members.
  • Assist in building data pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment.
  • Develop and integrate AI/ML models into applications and client systems.
  • Support generative AI and LMM-based use cases (e.g., chatbots, summarization, recommendation engines)
  • Perform model evaluation, tuning, and optimization to improve performance and accuracy.
  • Document models, code, and technical processes clearly for internal and client use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including consultants, data engineers, and product owners.
  • Stay current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property
Required Experience & Skills:
  • Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
  • Strong programming skills in Python with an ability to write clean modular code, manage virtual environments, work with APIs and JSON data
  • Experience in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts (supervised, unsupervised learning, NLP basics, model evaluation)
  • Basic knowledge of LLM application development or prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with logging, exception handling, and diagnostics to support traceability and observability of agentic workflows
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure (preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
  • Comfortable with Git-based workflows and agile development practices
  • Familiarity with APIs, REST services, and basic software engineering practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to learn quickly
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working within structured architectural patterns
  • Comfortable working with emerging AI frameworks and evolving specifications
Additional Desired Skills:Experience with LangChain or another LLM application framework.Exposure to LangGraph, agentic architectures, or workflow graph orchestration systems.Experience deploying AI or microservices on Kubernetes, especially on OCI OKE.Understanding of vector databases, embedding pipelines, and RAG design patterns.Knowledge of observability (logging, tracing, metrics) for LLM-based systems.Prior experience in a consulting environmentCompensation:Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles.
