MIS & P&L Reporting:
Responsible for preparation and review of MIS, accounting, and handling respective line items of P&L reporting.
Drive automation initiatives in MIS and reporting wherever required.
Variance Analysis:
Perform detailed variance analysis for revenue & reversals, and identify the key drivers of variances.
Provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
Audit, Compliance & Controls:
Prepare audit schedules, aging reports, financial disclosures, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
Assist in implementation of internal financial controls and accounting policies.
Coordinate with internal auditors, statutory auditors, and consultants during due diligence and audits.
Accounts Receivable & Reporting:
Manage accounts receivables and coordinate with stakeholders for timely collections.
Prepare ageing and unbilled reports bi-weekly and review open items with internal teams to drive closure.
Process Improvement:
Identify gaps in existing processes and propose/implement improvements.
Leverage strong understanding of business operations and underlying financial data to streamline workflows.

Key Requirements:

CA Inter qualified with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in MIS, accounting, financial reporting, or related domains.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and audit practices.
Hands-on experience with variance analysis, ageing, receivables management, and reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, accounting software (SAP/Oracle/Zoho Books), and familiarity with automation tools preferred.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
