- Develop and implement marketing strategies for Biopharma segment, with focus areas including biosimilars, vaccines, cell & gene therapy, advanced therapeutics, and oncology.
- Drive coordinated product launches, demand generation campaigns, and sales enablement programs, ensuring strong business alignment.
- Plan and implement launch and ongoing marketing programs for CEC and BDC, including customer engagement activities, events, and sales support processes.
- Manage the annual brand plan covering revenue, margins, and marketing spend; build initiatives that highlight the One Thermo Fisher value proposition.
- Develop and uphold strong customer and collaborator connections; keep an eye on market trends to enhance segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Work with divisional, cross-functional, and regional APJ teams to implement launch plans, digital campaigns, and BU-aligned initiatives.
- Develop impactful promotional programs and train field teams on product knowledge, positioning, and prioritization.
- Monitor performance using specific critical metrics and deliver regular reports.
- Bachelors in Sciences with an Masters in Business Administration from premium institutes is preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in pharma/biopharma/healthcare marketing; exposure to sales/business development is desirable.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze markets and customer needs to build strategies.
- Agile, proactive, and effective at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
