
Staff Software Engineer (Remote - India)

- Lead end-to-end delivery of software products, from design to deployment and iteration.
- Partner directly with clients to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
- Define system architectures, plan development, and ensure product quality in collaboration with Product and Design teams.
- Support and promote a healthy, high-performing engineering culture.
- Work across diverse technologies, including modern frameworks, cloud providers, databases, and emerging fields such as AI/ML and crypto.
- 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
- Proven experience leading development throughout the full product lifecycle (CI/CD, testing, release management, deployment, monitoring, incident response).
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable architectures, algorithms, and effective coding practices.
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, Golang, etc.) and frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular, Spring, Django, etc.).
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and related services.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to high-profile startups and enterprise clients.
