We are currently looking for a Staff Software Engineer in India.As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a leading role in delivering innovative products from concept to market. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals, define requirements, and design scalable solutions that create measurable impact. Working within a dynamic environment, you will guide teams through all phases of the product lifecycle while supporting a strong engineering culture. Lead end-to-end delivery of software products, from design to deployment and iteration.
Partner directly with clients to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
Define system architectures, plan development, and ensure product quality in collaboration with Product and Design teams.
Support and promote a healthy, high-performing engineering culture.
Work across diverse technologies, including modern frameworks, cloud providers, databases, and emerging fields such as AI/ML and crypto.

Requirements

5+ years of industry experience in software development.
Proven experience leading development throughout the full product lifecycle (CI/CD, testing, release management, deployment, monitoring, incident response).
Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable architectures, algorithms, and effective coding practices.
Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, Golang, etc.) and frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular, Spring, Django, etc.).
Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and related services.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
