  • Proven experience in student counseling, particularly in overseas counseling (Mandatory skill).
  • Direct sales skills to effectively guide students and meet counseling targets (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with CRM software to manage and track student inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Solid understanding of visa counseling processes to guide students through application procedures.
  • Effective cold calling skills to reach out to potential clients and establish connections.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and their families.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple student profiles simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate student profiles and provide personalized counseling solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
