- Develop paid media plans, audience strategies, and optimal channel mix for campaigns.
- Set up, optimise, and manage paid campaigns across social media platforms, search, and display networks.
- SEO strategy and planning, analytics and reporting, including keyword research, performance and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with writers and designers to suggest platform native formats/features/necessary adapts that can be utilised to optimise performance.
- Conduct performance and insights analysis to optimise campaign targeting, messaging, and maximise ROI.
- Track and analyse campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports using industry standards/metrics with actionable insights.
- Prepare and update dashboards to track ongoing campaigns.
- Manage paid media budgets for maximum ROI.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Ensure all paid campaigns align with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
- A strategic thinker who has practical knowledge of paid media campaign execution and has delivered good results in the past.
- Ability to mentor a team and equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to manage day-to-day campaign execution.
- Passionate about creativity and digital innovation, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with designers, writers, and business teams.
- Curious, proactive, and always exploring new tools, trends, and opportunities in the digital marketing space.
- Results-oriented, with a strong focus on ROI and measurable performance
- Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media strategy and execution.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions preferred.
- Experience working in an agency environment is a plus.
- Proven expertise in planning, strategy and execution of paid media buying and campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and Google Ads.
- Well-versed in managing both organic and targeted paid campaigns to drive performance and reach
- Solid project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed campaign optimisation decisions.
- Proficiency in campaign management and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Instagram business profile).
- Experience in A/B testing, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate on compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
