- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding healthcare candidates.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job portals (Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases to find qualified candidates.
- Healthcare Specialization: Nurture relationships with nurses, allied health professionals, or physicians to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Candidate Management: Conduct initial interviews, assess qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Target achievement and Data Management: Ensure the joining as per the targets assigned. Follow and update the ATS and create your own database of candidates.
- Negotiation & Closing: Present offers and negotiate terms with candidates, focusing on achieving talent acquisition targets.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with client managers to understand staffing needs, fill vacancies, and resolve issues.
- Experience: 1-7 years in recruitment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), MS Office (especially Excel/Outlook), and job boards.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
