Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter / Sr. Healthcare Recruiter [as per exp]Experience Level: 1-7 Years.Industry: Healthcare / Staffing & Recruiting.Key Responsibilities :
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding healthcare candidates.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job portals (Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases to find qualified candidates.
  • Healthcare Specialization: Nurture relationships with nurses, allied health professionals, or physicians to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Candidate Management: Conduct initial interviews, assess qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Target achievement and Data Management: Ensure the joining as per the targets assigned. Follow and update the ATS and create your own database of candidates.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Present offers and negotiate terms with candidates, focusing on achieving talent acquisition targets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with client managers to understand staffing needs, fill vacancies, and resolve issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
  • Experience: 1-7 years in recruitment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), MS Office (especially Excel/Outlook), and job boards.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree.
