Large assembly management in CAD, create and review manufacturing drawings (Form-Fit– Function), assembly drawings and BOM creation. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering on the fabrication plan for new products.
Component packaging, refrigeration tubing layout design using CAD, Sheet metal fabrication process & Sheet metal standards.
Provide Design support for NPD/VAVE projects. Support scheduling the critical tasks and deliverables. Brainstorm with cross functional team and provide innovative solutions to achieve the product market specification.
Create and review project Charter, Project Plan and risk mitigation plans. Frequent reviews with cross functional teams. Collaborate with Product Management to define the product market specification for new refrigerated doors and frames. Finalize Product Requirements (PRD) from MRD. Optimization of existing product cost by using VAVE methodology

Must have Skills:

Lead and execute projects on Structural sheet metal. Should have excellent knowledge in Refrigeration/HVAC systems, sheet metal standards/material/Fabrication process/manufacturing process.
Excellent project management skills. Should have experience in working on NPD/VAVE projects independently.
Ability to design and develop Structural components in Composite material and Sheet metal using Solid Works. Basic knowledge on Refrigeration system and components.
Should have excellent communication and interaction skills.
