design teams, material management, and adherence to site safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with architects and engineers for implementation of designs and drawings.
- Supervise day-to-day site activities including masonry, plastering, cleaning, and manpower
- Ensure site office is functional and logistics are streamlined.
- Monitor receipt, usage, and storage of construction materials on site.
- Maintain discipline and productivity among labor teams.
- Ensure implementation of safety protocols and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Support measurement checks, record keeping, and daily progress reporting.
- Practical knowledge of civil site activities and labor deployment.
- Good understanding of construction sequences and safety practices.
- Basic reading of site drawings and BOQs.
- Strong team supervision, communication, and site coordination skills.
- Attention to detail, discipline, and the ability to maintain documentation.
Criteria Requirement
Qualification Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Experience Minimum 2 years in site supervision
