Support tactical sourcing goals by actively working with suppliers to ensure all the RFQ’s and quotes are received on time
Maintain database for all the RFQ and prepare quote comparison
Support the SCM team to perform a monthly report out of RFQ’s with action plan
For matters beyond their control, perform the necessary escalations and co-ordinate with concerned departments to ensure issues are resolved.
Support compliance and audit readiness documentation within the SCM function.
Travel domestically within India when necessary to bring issues to closure.

What makes you an ideal candidate:An Engineering graduate, preferred Mechanical

Knowledge of MS office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and should be multi-lingual to be able to effectively communicate to suppliers across India.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all team members and suppliers.
High degree of ethics and personal conduct.
Must be able and willing to travel domestically when required.
