- Ensure compliance and security across SAP platforms (ECC, EWM, BI, etc.).
- Act as the central coordination point within Group Information Technology (GIT) for all Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance matters.
- Collaborate closely with internal GIT teams, particularly the SAP Competency Center and SAP Administration Team.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including Internal Control, Internal Audit, Group Compliance, Legal departments, and statutory auditors.
- Propose solution to existing conflict
- Improve SoD Risk Matrix
- Propose and implement new mitigating controls in SAP environment
- Coordinate handling of request for SAP authorization role changes (from business & IT) to ensure adherence to policies (naming convention, …) and respect of SoD principles
- Act as a single point of contact for Risk & Compliance for all SAP related audits for internal & external auditors.
- Manage procedures and policies to ensure compliance of SAP environment toward internal & external requirements (audits, laws & regulation…)
- Manage various SAP related project (new modules, …)
- Identify and analyze risk & vulnerabilities related to SAP environment
- Perform risk assessment with Cyber Security team and external party if required
- Experience between 3-7 years.
- Good SAP background including knowledge of SAP Authorization concepts
- Good knowledge of SAP Data Model (main business tables) and SAP Security principles
- Good knowledge of SoD concepts
- Good experience in SAP GRC Access Control (or equivalent GRC solution)
- Experience in using the main SAP modules and data analytics tools, including data extraction and analysis
- Previous experience in consulting or auditing firm would be a plus
- Strong analytical skills including ability to create bridge between technical and business point of view
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with multiple levels of management
