We are seeking a Client Communication Specialist to provide exceptional support to our
international clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. As a
key member of our client services team, you will communicate primarily through phone and
email. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills in
English, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to understand and communicate complex
information clearly.Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and professional support.
Draft clear, concise, and accurate email responses in line with company standards.
Maintain a positive and empathetic tone while communicating with clients.
Ensure a quick turnaround for client issues and escalate complex queries to
appropriate departments if necessary.
Maintain records of client communications and interactions.
Assist with any other administrative tasks related to client communication, as
required.Job Requirements:
Education: Any Under-Graduate or Post-Graduate degree.
Language Skills: Fluency in English, with strong spoken and written communication
skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle client
conversations effectively across different platforms.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
