- Manage and Drive market development, achieve sales plans for international B2B partnerships for new and existing distributors. Build new profitable revenue streams by winning new customers and expanding our distribution portfolio.
- Provide a detailed monthly report on sales, projections, 3-5 years plan, various leads and initiatives and drive the numbers for top line, bottom line, forecast accuracy, activity, etc.
- Develop and execute strategy for market growth via Promotions, Pricing, Distribution Strategies & Tactics and CRM
- Portfolio management: Identification of new products and develop business case by identifying the new products and planning the launch in the markets.
- Gaining and analysing market intelligence and conducting any required market research, as well as specific competitor evaluation. Tracking economic conditions, estimating the potential of specific countries, segments and customers to focus activities to drive quick wins.
- Travel extensively to the focus countries to drive business progress and sales growth, gaining market share and represent the company in regional/international trade fairs/exhibitions, association meetings. Develop, and maintain relationships with various government and private industry personnel as relevant.
- Appointing new Distributors/Trading Agents/Business Partners in the Target market/ Focus countries after entering to valid legal confidential Agreement.
- Work in coordination with the customer support, regulatory, finance, category heads and other teams as needed to ensure all compliances and processes are conducted as needed. Coordinating with the factories as needed for production, shipments, and tracking order fulfilment.
