- Identify, Source & Develop long-term relationships with Emerging, Mid, Large Corporates with a view to achieve growth targets of Leasing business in Corporate markets.
- Work on TCL's existing clientele/ Loan customer and, whenever feasible, make a Lease proposal with the client.
- Responsible for Portfolio growth of Leasing business in Corporate segments and achieving Budgetary number in terms of NII, Fee income & Portfolio size.
- Understand client needs and propose 'leasing' as an alternative option/ solution to the customers while adhering to risk management guidelines.
- Source and Maintain relationships with corporates & OEMs/ Vendors & generate business by doing frequent interactions and meetings via various channels - direct & indirect/ online & offline etc.
- Carry out an initial assessment of risk and negotiate terms to an acceptable level.
- The ability to submit proposals while working with the relevant relationship team; this includes coordinating with internal stakeholders on various internal processes to ensure a successful conversion and disbursement.
- Engage with existing customers post-disbursal on a periodic basis, identifying and resolving any issues raised.
- Maintain periodic portfolio MIS including calls-to-action, conversion status etc.
- Guide and mentor juniors team members and take ownership of leasing (pan India)
- Adopt Sales Digitization tools and effectively implement the same with the teams.
