- Monitoring of business health metrics for the category on a regular basis. Analyse trends and patterns for customer churn
- Tracking of industry trends and sharing insights that could serve as retention levers for the category
- Work closely with Analytics team to drive insights for the category business & formulate interventions for customer retention
- Ideate and drive interventions for improving retention by understanding customer churn across channels
- Present analysis, reports, impact of key interventions to stakeholders in clear and concise manner
- Track and measure success of retention interventions. Continuously analyze consumer feedback and areas of improvement
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable working in cross-functional teams, where immediate constituencies include the Finance, Analytics, Product, Marketing & Customer Service teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfort with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Prior experience in a data driven role and understanding of stock markets would be an advantage
