Job Description Work closely with the Buyer, seller & branch team members and handle the documentations effectively. To daily update the web app related to the shipment & documentation and to take follow up on the pending approvals or pending documents completion on time and to add the remarks. Work closely with BDM, PDM, buyers and seller in case of any claim of weight shortage arise, quality control and to help them to arrange the required documents or approvals from buyers and sellers. Responsible to track & be updated with the shipment status of their respective commodities. Responsible to support & revert on time for any shipment or documents related queries raised by any team members or buyers-sellers. Responsible to ensure that the documentation & shipment cycle get completed as per the timelines defined for a contract by procurement team in the system. To coordinate with concerned team member to resolve the issues or pendencies. Responsible to provide timely information to buyers and suppliers. Manage payment processes and follow up with buyers to ensure timely receipt and processing of payments. Coordinate with accounts departments related to commission invoice. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Foreign Trade, or a related field Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in import-export documentation and procedures Knowledge of import-export regulations, compliance, and procedures Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Company Description Agroworlds was conceived with a view to facilitating hassle-free and simple sourcing of premium quality agricultural products.
