Reports to: Back Office Manager / Team LeadKey Responsibilities:Maintain and update company databases and records accurately.Handle documentation, filing, and data entry tasks efficiently.Support the front office in administrative duties as required.Coordinate with internal departments for information flow.Process and manage reports, invoices, and purchase orders.Perform quality checks on documents and data.Assist with inventory management and procurement follow-ups.Respond to emails and handle routine correspondence.Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.Adhere to company policies and standards in all back-office operations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Prior experience in administrative or back-office roles is a plus.
