Client Success Manager - Growth & PerformanceAbout the Role:We're seeking a Client Success Manager who can take full ownership of client outcomes across digital channels. You won't be running ads or writing SEO content - instead, you'll work cross-functionally with internal channel teams (Paid Media, SEO, CRO, Email, etc.) to ensure performance is aligned with client goals.You'll serve as the main point of contact for clients, translating business needs into actionable plans and holding internal teams accountable for execution and results. If you're strategic, client-focused, and performance-driven, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities1. Client Ownership & Relationship Management- Be the single point of accountability for client growth and satisfaction.- Lead onboarding, planning, and ongoing communication with clients.- Set expectations, present results, and align strategies with client goals.- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, objectives, and success metrics.2. Drive Channel Team Execution Paid Media: Ensure media teams (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) are aligned with client KPIs and driving ROAS/CAC efficiency.SEO: Push SEO teams to deliver against content and technical roadmaps; track organic growth and keyword rankings.Retention Marketing: Oversee lifecycle teams working on email/SMS; ensure journeys are delivering on LTV and engagement goals.CRO: Coordinate with UX/design teams to implement and iterate on testing plans and funnel optimization.3. Performance Tracking & ReportingOwn performance tracking across all growth levers: CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn, conversion rate, and engagement.- Run monthly or quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with data-backed insights and clear action plans.- Translate client goals into internal OKRs and push teams to deliver measurable outcomes.4. Internal Collaboration & Project Management- Coordinate between internal teams: Paid Media, SEO, Content, CRO, Email/CRM, and Product.- Set and maintain timelines, deliverables, and accountability for each team.- Raise blockers early and push for solutions to meet deadlines and targets.Skills & QualificationsMust-Have:- 3-6 years in a client success, account management, or digital strategy role.- Strong understanding of key digital growth channels (Ads, SEO, Email, CRO), even if not hands-on.- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - both with clients and internal teams.- Performance-oriented mindset: familiar with growth metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, and churn.- Experience running QBRs, client check-ins, and performance presentations.Preferred:- Worked in a digital agency, growth consultancy, or performance marketing environment.- Background in D2C, health/wellness, e-commerce, or tech-enabled services.- Comfortable using reporting tools like Looker Studio, Google Analytics, or custom dashboards.Mindset & ApproachStrategic yet pragmatic - understands the big picture and the path to get there.Confident leading cross-functional teams and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned.Resourceful, proactive, and not afraid to push for outcomes.Obsessed with delivering value to clients and driving measurable growth.
