Client Description:Major Duties and Responsibilities:Work Locations: Kemps Corner Grant Road, Vashi, MulundFor Kemps Corner Grant Road center Need only 3+ yrs (Male) - 2 positionsA) Patient Care & Patient Experience- Attend to IPD patients prior to consultant rounds and assess their general condition and symptom progression.- Monitor patient vitals, clinical status, and treatment response on a continuous basis.- Communicate patient condition, investigation reports, and clinical findings to the consultant.- Coordinate with consultants to determine patient fitness for chemotherapy and other treatments.- Ensure patient waiting times are maintained as per defined standards.- Counsel patients and their relatives regarding chemotherapy, treatment duration, procedures, and possible side effects.- Address patient queries and concerns empathetically to ensure a positive care experience.- Ensure completion of patient feedback forms by patients or relatives.- Encourage and facilitate Google reviews for the centre as per assigned targets.- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date patient medical records in accordance with hospital policies.- Perform and document blood investigations and clinical notes as required.B) Clinical & Medical Responsibilities- Assist consultants during patient evaluation and document clinical findings accurately.- Participate in daily ward rounds and be available for discussion of treatment plans.- Provide medical services within the hospital as per the duty roster.- Promptly inform admitting consultants of any changes in patient condition and actions taken.- Follow consultant instructions regarding individualized patient treatment regimens.- Ensure compliance with established clinical protocols, procedures, and policies.C) Quality, Safety & Governance- Be familiar with hospital, centre, and company clinical policies and procedures.- Adhere to the clinical risk management programme.- Report clinical incidents, medication errors, and near-miss events as per protocol.- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical governance activities.Qualifications & Experience:Educational Qualification: BHMS / BAMS- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Oncology and/or ICU settings & 3+ YRS For Kemps Corner, Grant Road- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary medical teamSkills & Competencies:- Excellent patient communication and counselling skills- Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment- Team-oriented and proactive approach to patient care- Ability to manage multiple patients efficiently in a clinical setting (ref:biojoby.com)
