For individuals who can take the initiative, but work well within a team.Job Profile :Trainer is responsible to provide technical training to production team and conduct TNI (training need identification) to assess the skill gap. Prepare training materials and learning aids. Conduct surveys and assessment to gauge training effectiveness. Provide support to transition new types of project and create well defined training program.Roles and Responsibilities

Work closely with the Training Manager to deliver engaging training programs
Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
Offer tailored learning support to various departments within the organization.
Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
Prepare learning materials for programs.
Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia visual aids, with input from GIS Specialists.

Qualification and Skills

Bachelor’s degree preferably in education or training.
Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to learn GIS industry tools and software like ArcGIS, MicroStation, Terra etc.
Ability to identify gaps in skills.
Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
Proficient in using multimedia and e-learning tools.
Excellent organizational skills.

HSE Responsibilities:Responsible for ensuring safety of self and others at site. Prevent damage of equipment and assets Responsible for following all safety signs/procedures/ safe working practices Responsible for using appropriate PPE’s Responsible for participating in mock drills. Entitled to refuse any to undertake any activity considered unsafe. Responsible for filling up of hazard observation card, wherever hazard has been noticed at site. Responsible for safe housekeeping of his work place.
